This standard specifies the criteria products must meet for compliance withthe Vegan Australia Certified program (CTM Standards).

本标准规定了产品必须符合符合澳大利亚素食主义者认证计划（CTM标准）的条件。

This standard covers both manufactured vegan products and vegan menu items in restaurants.

本标准涵盖餐厅中的纯素食产品和纯素食菜单项。

For a product to meet this standard:

· theproductmustnotcontainanyingredientsderivedfromanimals;

· animalproductsmustnotbeusedinthemanufacturingprocess;

· theproductanditsingredientsmustnotbetestedonanimalsbythe manufacturer or a relatedentity;

· anyingredientthatmaybeofanimaloriginmusthaveatraceablesupply

chain; and

· reasonablestepsmustbetakentominimisecrosscontamination.

对于符合此标准的产品：

•产品不得包含任何源自动物的成分；

•在制造过程中不得使用动物产品；

•产品及其成分不得由制造商或相关实体在动物身上进行测试；

•任何可能是动物来源的成分都必须有可追溯的供应链;

•必须采取合理的步骤以最大程度地减少交叉污染。

For products made in facilities that also handle non-vegan products, reasonable steps must be taken to minimise cross contamination. If there is a risk of contamination with animal products, the product packaging should include an appropriate statement, such as "may contain ...". No animal ingredients are to be deliberately added at any point during production.

对于在处理非素食产品的设施中生产的产品，必须采取合理的措施将交叉污染降至最低。如果存在动物产品污染的风险，产品包装应包括适当的声明，如“可能含有……”。在生产过程中，任何时候都不得故意添加动物成分。

Products are certified for one year (or other period as granted at Vegan Australias discretion), after which certification must be renewed.
