Three Years of Pandemic Clouds Finally Clear, Sunshine Always Follows the Storm
As the cold year draws to a close and the new year awaits, 2023 has quietly arrived. On the last Friday of 2022 (December 30), also the traditional Laba Festival, Shenzhen SINOQUAL Industrial Co., Ltd. held its themed annual meeting Sunshine After the Storm.

SINOQUAL was honored to invite Mr. Li Jun, founder of a Sino-American multinational company with over 30 years in manufacturing and Sino-US trade, as a special guest at the 2022-2023 annual celebration, sharing insights on how enterprises and individuals can face various challenges in the new year.

Drawing on years of business experience, Mr. Li noted that due to differing pandemic perceptions worldwide, many countries relaxed controls earlier than China. He predicted that by February-March 2023, international market demand would surge significantly, while domestic enterprises just resuming normal production might struggle to keep up. For SINOQUAL, this means focusing on enterprise follow-up services, providing more reference advice beyond certification work, and helping enterprises adapt to new changes and go international faster.
For facing new year challenges better, Mr. Li offered three key words of wisdom.
Faith: Enterprises must have sufficient confidence and conviction, overcome internal fears, unite, fully understand client needs, and thereby better serve clients.
Love: First, there must be love within the enterprise and among employees. In a team filled with love, everyone helps, enables, and grows together, forming positive teamwork.
Moreover, love your clients. Beyond seeing client deals as performance metrics, shed that utilitarian mindset, treat client needs as our own, let clients feel our sincerity and care, to deliver better service.
Hope: Always maintain hope, believe tomorrow will be better, believe leadership will take us higher in the new year. Trust clients, serve them wholeheartedly, never give up on seemingly indifferent clients, and believe they will bring us higher-quality referrals.
