What nurtures life more than exercise, what unites hearts more than team building? Let us ride the waves, set sail, and head out to sea!
The playful sea breeze tousled our hair as speedboats bobbed up and down on the waves. Everyone was thrilled by the speed. After coming ashore and taking a brief rest, the team started the day team-building activities under the instructor guidance.
Card Flipping Relay
Face-down playing cards needed to be flipped in sequence from A, 2, 3... J, Q, K by each team. Just like the step-by-step processes we follow when handling client certifications - document preparation, translation review, factory inspection. While flipping the right card may require some luck, in the certification process there is no room for chance. Every step must be flawless to professionally and efficiently complete each certification, living up to our clients trust.
Team C impressive lead made everyone envious, while Teams A and B never gave up. Drawing on their memory of card positions and team coordination, they ran back and forth between start and finish repeatedly. As long as you never give up, you can always achieve your goal.
Frisbee Throwing Competition
Teammates split into two groups to familiarize themselves with frisbee grip and flight patterns, practicing in pairs. Although most were trying frisbee for the first time, nobody backed down. Following the coach instructions, everyone practiced earnestly, eager to score high for their team in the upcoming competition.
Every team is made up of individuals, and only by uniting can we win. Although each member only had two throws per round, every little bit adds up - achieve your small goals first, then realize the team big goals. We cheered for high scorers and encouraged those who missed, just as we support each other at work, unleashing the power of 1+1>2.
The sun came out and we worked up a sweat. While cheering for their own teams, colleagues also encouraged other groups, because what we care about is not just winning or losing, but the camaraderie of fighting side by side. After two activities, Team A staged a comeback from a trailing position in the previous evening game scores to claim the championship. Congratulations!
The rising tide will eventually wash away our footprints on the beach, but the laughter we shared on this small island will forever be etched in our hearts. We congratulate the top-scoring team and give ourselves a round of applause for running freely and giving our all.
