Twinkling Stars, Walking in the Light - SINOQUAL 18th Anniversary and 2023-2024 Annual Celebration
Each of us is a star. SINOQUAL helps us find our own sparkle. Twinkling stars walking in the light will eventually converge into a sea of starlight.
Prelude
In late winter, while the vast northern regions of our country are blanketed in snow, here at the forefront of reform and opening up - the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone - the sun shines warmly with a gentle breeze and birdsong. Our annual meeting preparation team arrived first at Jiaochangwei in Dapeng New District, known as the Shenzhen Gulangyu and China Aegean Sea, to set up the venue.
Everyone took their positions: setting up KT boards, arranging gifts, testing equipment, preparing the lucky draw... Everything proceeded in orderly fashion. Meanwhile, colleagues from our Hengyang branch were hurrying to the venue, racing toward this long-awaited reunion after the storm.
Fireworks rise, illuminating the world, joy without bounds, raise a glass to today.
Climax
After four years apart, all colleagues from the Hengyang branch and Shenzhen headquarters finally gathered together, sharing drinks and joy. With great anticipation, our 18th anniversary and 2023-2024 annual celebration officially began.
SINOQUAL General Manager and COO Mr. Bao Hongqing summarized the outstanding achievements of 2023. We reached new heights in the field of Indonesian BPJPH Halal certification, and he thanked every colleague for their dedicated efforts. Each team member is an indispensable part of the SINOQUAL family. With everyone thinking and working as one, our tomorrow will surely be even better.
A series of fun ice-breaking games - cup grabbing, act and guess, name that tune - dissolved the slight awkwardness of long separation. Colleagues thought on their feet and competed cleverly, earning valuable points for their teams.
In the themed game Who Am I, everyone sat in a circle, enthusiastically sharing their everyday selves, revealing another side of each colleague. At work, we have already become perfect partners, but we also wish to become each other close friends in life. Ultimately, Team B won the Best Shining Team award by having the most memorable introductions.
Arts performances: while we are not professionals, we are absolutely serious! Dynamic dances, beautiful solo songs, magical tricks... SINOQUAL colleagues, you are all so talented!
This annual meeting featured five awards: Best Supervisor, Best Newcomer, Most Improved, Best Partnership, and Most Dedicated. Thank you to every hardworking colleague over the past year. Awards are not just certificates but our mutual recognition and affirmation.
What is the most essential part of an annual meeting? The lucky draw, of course! The prizes this year were truly abundant: first prize of a pure gold necklace, second prizes including Estee Lauder gift sets, SKG neck massagers, Breo cervical massagers, and Alpha Egg dictionary pens, third prizes including Xiaomi air fryers, magic gift boxes, Parker pens, children painting sets, racing obstacle games, and children astronomy projection instruments. The brightest star in the night sky, can you remember, the one who walked with me, whose silhouette vanished in the wind... The clock quietly struck 12, bringing midnight. Accompanied by everyone singing together, our 18th anniversary and 2023-2024 annual celebration gently drew to a close. All splendor eventually returns to calm, warm memories filling our hearts. Tonight, we chatted openly, sharing life stories. Tonight, we shed timidity and boldly showed ourselves. Tonight, we sang freely, dreaming of the future. 2024 - I can do it, we can do it, SINOQUAL can do it!
Epilogue
From ancient times to present, countless renowned figures from home and abroad have been compiled into volumes of history. They shine brilliantly, awe-inspiring yet beyond our reach.
Yet closest to us are the people we interact with daily: family, colleagues, neighbors. Though seemingly ordinary, through countless intersections with our lives, they become the ones who truly influence us and whom we influence. Compared to those dazzling stars in the river of history, the ordinary light you and I emit may seem insignificant, yet it is precisely these beams of light reaching into our daily lives that let us truly feel the warmth and seasons of life.
Perhaps you and I in our ordinariness will never become brilliant constellations for future generations to admire, but as long as we stay on this path of diligently shining, frequently opening ourselves up, humbly and gently drawing closer to more glimmers around us, walking with light, countless tiny lights can converge into a sea of stars. Even if not vast enough, it can still illuminate the sky above us, keeping us from stumbling alone.
