On January 30, 2021, the Shenzhen SINOQUAL Industrial Co., Ltd. annual meeting arrived as scheduled. Responding to national guidelines, this meeting adopted the 2020 mainstream multi-location format of online cloud meetings. The format changed, but the spirit remains; the cloud venue brought even more joy.
Reviewing the Past, Looking to the Future
The first item was our leadership summary. For the unique year of 2020, everyone has feelings unlike any other year. After experiencing a historic low in February, SINOQUAL decided to evolve its work model from each certification specialist working solo to collaborative group operations. The new model not only boosted performance, achieving record-high revenue in the challenging 2020 with growth far exceeding targets, but also fully mobilized everyone work enthusiasm, laying a solid foundation for further improving SINOQUAL service quality. In the new year, SINOQUAL will continue deepening and refining our work model, upholding our Professional, Focused, Dedicated core values, helping more Chinese enterprises grow stronger and go global.

In this extraordinary 2020, our awards naturally needed more creativity. Besides heartfelt greeting cards, SINOQUAL created over ten unique awards including Best Big-Picture Thinking, Best Ready-to-Launch, Best Pleasant Demeanor, and Most Touching. The award best representing the annual theme Boundless Views at the Peak - Most Challenging Spirit - went to a post-90s colleague responsible for coordinating Kosher certification bodies.
The agency coordinator role is a critical link connecting clients, certification bodies, and certification specialists. Progress directly affects the timeline for clients to receive their certificates. Different certification bodies require different approaches, so let us applaud our coordinator.
Interaction: Fun and Engaging Even Through Screens
Stand-up comedy is a classic tradition at SINOQUAL annual meetings. The performance by our resourceful sales manager, while humorous in tone, genuinely showcased each team member attitude toward work. Some appear explosive but handle work swiftly and efficiently. Some seem reserved but are meticulous and thorough. Some are young and inexperienced but show remarkable progress. It is precisely this group of diverse yet equally dedicated individuals who together achieved SINOQUAL 2020 success.

New Year Message
The path to success is like mountain climbing. Some fear the towering peaks and give up before starting - these are the quitters. Some press on but stop at the halfway point, satisfied with the view - these are the campers. Some press forward relentlessly, carving paths through mountains and bridging rivers even when the road ends, until they reach the summit - these are the climbers.
We hope every member of the SINOQUAL family can be a climber in their own life, experiencing the boundless views at the peak. When we look back in our later years, we will have no regrets of I could have done better.
