Deepening Cooperation: Halal Foundation Center (HFC) Renews Mutual Recognition Agreement with the Central Islamic Council of Thailand (CICOT)

Recently, Hafiz Tair Iqbal, Executive Vice Chairman of the Halal Foundation Center (hereinafter "HFC"), was invited to attend an important meeting of the Central Islamic Council of Thailand (hereinafter "CICOT").

The Central Islamic Council of Thailand (CICOT) is the highest authority responsible for Halal certification in Thailand, established with the authorization of the Thai government, and all its laboratories work closely with Thailand's top universities. CICOT is one of the world's renowned Halal certification bodies; the Halal certificates it issues are recognized not only in Thailand, but also widely in ASEAN, the Middle East, and most other Muslim countries, making it an important pass for Thai products to enter the international Halal market.

HFC Executive Vice Chairman Tair visited the Central Islamic Council meeting site in Bangkok, Thailand, and engaged in friendly and thorough exchanges with the core leaders of CICOT on certification experience, Halal standards, and the future development and management of the Halal product industry chain, among many other aspects.

The Halal Foundation Center (HFC) has for many years focused on international Halal certification services, certifying more than a thousand enterprises and tens of thousands of products at home and abroad. It has also persistently responded to the country's "Belt and Road" development strategy, providing certification consulting services to relevant enterprises and actively promoting enterprises' overseas trade.
