2025-05-15
Definition: Implementing Halal in transport services means adhering to Halal standards in all services used to transport goods to domestic and international destinations by air, train, road, and ship. Requirements: Prioritize services involving liquids, provide transport services in accordance with Halal food standards, and do not provide services that violate Halal standards. Article 1: Before each loading of bulk cargo (tankers and oil tankers), ensure that the tanks are clean and that no unclean or prohibited items are introduced or mixed into the tanks during transportation. (Records must be maintained and verified.) Article 2: It is necessary to avoid transporting unclean materials that violate Halal standards. If unclean materials are transported, they should be thoroughly cleaned before transporting Halal materials (records should be kept and confirmed and verified). Article 3: Staff providing such services should receive necessary Halal standards training and be committed to respecting and implementing Halal standards.
