7. Now the blessing for the unleavened bread is said: "Praise be to you, God our God, Ruler of the universe, who brings us food from the earth." The next blessing will include the command to eat the unleavened bread.

8. Everyone eats unleavened bread.

9. Bitter Herbs - Because the Israelites were slaves in Egypt, they ate bitter herbs as a reminder of their harsh bondage. Horseradish (either the root or a prepared paste) was the most common ingredient. A piece of bitter herb is placed on a piece of unleavened bread and eaten as matzah.

10 Korech (Hillel Sandwich) - Next, participants place bitter herbs and charoset between two pieces of matzah to make a "Hillel Sandwich," which they then eat.

11. Dinner - Now it's time for dinner! Passover dinner mains include hard-boiled eggs, matzo ball soup, beef brisket, and even matzo lasagna. Desserts often include ice cream, cheesecake, and flourless cakes, often made with chocolate.

12. Eating the Afikomen – After dessert, participants eat the kosher afikomen. Remember, the afikomen was hidden or "stolen" at the beginning of the seder? Therefore, the afikomen is returned to the seder leader at this time. 13. Barech (Blessing) – The third cup of wine is poured. A blessing is recited, and then participants drink. Now, an additional cup of wine is poured for the Prophet, and the door is opened to allow the Prophet to enter.

14. Hallel (Hallel) – Now that the doors are closed, before the fourth and final glass of wine is drunk, everyone sings a hymn to praise God.

15. Nirtzah (End) – The Passover Seder is now officially over, but most families say a final blessing, “Next year in Jerusalem!” expressing their hope to celebrate Passover in Israel next year.

Jewish dietary requirements are very strict and have historical roots. Therefore, if businesses want to be popular in the Kosher market, they need to learn more about their cultural background and produce and sell qualified Kosher-certified products.
