Global Kosher Certification Officials Welcome AKO Annual Meeting

Kosher officials from around the world will gather for the AKO annual meeting on November 12th, following KosherFest. The meeting will be held at the OU's headquarters in Manhattan. As is customary, the meeting will discuss a wide range of common issues of concern to kosher officials worldwide. These include topics such as pest infestations, technical implications, training for rabbinical supervisors, and more. AKO is chaired by Rabbi Sholem Fishbane, who leads the Chicago Rabbinical Council (cRc).
