Every auditor has passed the assessment of a professional vegetarian organization, is certified and conducts impartial audits, and their qualifications can be checked on the official website.
2. Third-party collaborative detection, more reliable
We examine samples layer by layer to see if they meet the standards and specifications for vegetarian certification, trace the source, and conduct collaborative testing with SGS, Intertek and other organizations to prove the vegetarian attributes and authenticity of the products, allowing vegetarians to purchase with greater confidence.
3. The layers of the control
We will have a professional team to audit the factory products and test every link of the products from production to packaging and delivery to ensure that there is no cross infection and that the products are produced strictly in accordance with vegetarian standards.

4. Set up authoritative internal training, excellent alliance member

With the purpose of spreading vegetarianism, we will actively promote vegetarian culture, organize corporate vegetarian training, and set up an authoritative vegetarian internal audit team for enterprises. Upon completion of training, we will issue training certificates to enterprises, and upon completion of inspections, we will issue members of the International Vegetarian Development Alliance to enterprises.
5. Strict vegetarian standard system
We will provide companies with customized vegetarian production system documentation, offering risk assessments for every product, ingredient, and production step. We will provide guidance on standard production practices, helping companies maintain a consistent vegetarian approach and establishing a clear and comprehensive vegetarian production framework. This vegetarian standard system documentation will provide companies with a strong basis for proving their products' vegetarian status, ensuring they are not afraid of challenges from any vegetarian community.
6. First certificate QR code
The first certificate QR code displays the factory's full real-time information 24 hours a day, including sample review reports, factory inspection photos, products, production equipment, warehouses and other factory real-time information, shortening the distance between customers and the factory and giving customers greater peace of mind.

3. Certification Process

1. Fill in the information

1.1 The factory submits an application form, filling in relevant information on products, raw materials, processes, etc. In addition, it also provides product labels, flow charts, business licenses and other materials (completed within 2 working days);
1.2 We will organize and translate the evaluation materials (completed within 1 working day).
2. Audit data, issue contract
2.1. Submit the information to the International Vegetarian Development Alliance for review, registration, and filing (generally, the review is completed within 3 working days);
2.2. After the documents are reviewed and approved, we will issue a contract to the enterprise. The factory will sign the contract and process the payment. (Completed within 2 working days)
2.3. After we receive payment from the company, we will schedule an inspection with the factory and negotiate a mutually acceptable time. Usually, the inspection will be scheduled three days in the future. (The inspection time and specific arrangements for the day will be confirmed within two working days.)
3. Sample testing, Vegan training, Video factory inspection
3.1. The enterprise shall mail samples in duplicate for testing as required by us;
3.2. Prior to the factory inspection, we will provide internal auditor training on the company's vegetarian production system. Please strictly follow the internal auditor's operating procedures for the vegetarian production system (IVA/VAS2022:49) to prepare for the factory inspection (within one day) for the raw material warehouse, production workshop, finished product warehouse, other areas, and transportation and logistics links. We will send the complete set of information to the company.
3.3. Once the factory inspection time is confirmed, we will assign a professional vegetarian certification auditor to conduct the inspection. Based on the application materials, the auditor will verify, inspect, and evaluate the raw materials, product names, and process, among other on-site details. The factory will answer any questions. The inspection is expected to take approximately 1.5 hours.
4. Establish plant vegean system documents
Once the factory inspection time is confirmed, we will assign a professional vegetarian certification auditor to conduct the inspection. Based on the application materials, the auditor will verify, inspect, and evaluate the raw materials, product names, and process, and other on-site conditions. The factory will answer any questions. The factory inspection is expected to take approximately 1.5 hours.
5. Receive the certificate and complete certification documents, and issue International Vegan Alliance (IVA) membership card
After the factory audit is complete, the auditor will prepare to submit the audit report (completed within two days). Based on the auditor's conclusions, if the audit report is satisfactory, we will notify the factory of the approval (within one day). We will also issue a draft certificate and send it to the factory for confirmation (including company name, address, product information, etc., and after confirmation, stamp and signature). Upon receiving the finalized draft, we will issue the official certificate within two business days. We will first send an electronic scan of the certificate to the factory, followed by the mailing of the paper certificate and invoice.
