2. Facility configuration：The warehouse must be equipped with pest control devices such as sticky insect boards and mosquito lamps, and pest control records must be kept (these can be self-recorded or recorded by a third-party service).

3. Original factory label:Halal materials must retain the original manufacturer's label so that auditors can verify the material name, manufacturer, and country of origin. If this is not possible, a complete set of documents clearly demonstrating traceability is required to ensure that the materials are from the declared manufacturer.

5. Partition isolation：If all products in the factory are halal certified, ensure that all materials in the warehouse are halal sourced and reported. If only some products are halal certified, a dedicated halal area must be designated with clearly visible dividing lines and signage (e.g., green).In addition, raw materials and tools, especially those that come into direct contact with materials, such as pallets and weighing instruments, must also be designated as halal-only and affixed with the "HALAL ONLY" label.

6. Sensitive material inventory:During the on-site audit, it is recommended that the following materials be kept in stock pending inspection:a. Animal-derived ingredients must be readily available, such as collagen, gelatin, and beef and beef derivatives. The instructor may take samples on-site to Indonesia for swine source testing; it is essential to ensure these materials are not of swine origin. b. It is recommended to stock flavorings and high-risk additives such as emulsifiers to verify the manufacturers.
