What is Halal certification?

Halal certification verifies that products comply with Halal laws and regulations. This process involves reviewing raw materials, ingredients, auxiliary materials, and production processes to ensure that these products are suitable for Muslim consumption. Once a factory passes this review, the certification body will issue a certificate certifying that the products produced by the factory comply with Halal laws and are suitable for Muslim consumption.

What does halal mean?

The word halal comes from Arabic and means legal.Permissible under Shariah and not punishable. Generally used to describe foods that Muslims are permitted to drink or eat.

What does Haram (non-halal) mean?

Haram is the antonym of halal, which means illegal or forbidden in Arabic.

What does non-halal food mean??

The following are not halal. Products containing the following ingredients are not halal and cannot pass halal certification:

? Pork and pork derivatives.
Animals that are slaughtered improperly or that are not killed using the proper method before slaughter are not halal.
Animals not slaughtered in the name of Allah are not halal.
? Alcohol and other intoxicating, harmful beverages are non-halal.
Omnivores, carnivorous birds, and land animals without external ears are not halal.

? Pests such as rats,centipede, scorpionand other similarAnimals are not halal .
Animals that are not allowed to be slaughtered are non-halal, such as ants, bees, spiders, woodpeckers, etc.
? Ugly animals such as lice,fly,maggotsand other similaranimalIt is non-halal.
Amphibians that live both on land and in water, such as frogs, crocodiles and other similar animals are non-halal.
? Blood and blood derivatives are non-halal.
Food and drinks that contain any of the above non-halal ingredients, or are contaminated by contact with any of the above substances, are non-halal.
