KLBD staff worked through the night to ensure that three licensed kosher restaurants would be ready for Passover.

With the help of KLBD (the Kosher certification division of the London Beth Din), the delis Max, Sami's in Golders Green and the White Fish restaurant will this year be open all day during the intermediate days of Passover. This will give consumers more choices during the holiday. This year there are four days of Chol Hamoed (intermediate days), and customers will have greater demand for establishments that can serve them.

Rabbi Conway, director of KLBD, said: 'We are delighted that these high-demand restaurants can open during Passover, and that KLBD has been able to help them. This is the first time four restaurants are open during the holiday. It will provide families with an easier way to keep kosher during Passover, and also get a little break from cooking!'

KLBD works tirelessly all year round, not just at Passover, and as a result there are now more kosher products than ever.
