4. Set up authoritative internal training, excellent alliance membership

With the mission of spreading vegetarianism, we actively promote vegan culture, set up corporate vegan training, and build an authoritative vegan internal-audit team for companies. After training, we issue a training certificate to the company, and after testing, we issue an International Vegan Alliance membership certificate.
5. Strict vegetarian standard system
We provide companies with customized vegan production system documentation, conduct risk assessment for every product, raw material, and production step, give guidance on standard production practices, provide a guide for keeping the company on the right vegan path, and build a clear and complete vegan production framework. The vegan standard system documentation provides strong evidence for companies to prove the vegan nature of their products, so they can withstand any scrutiny from the vegan community.
6. First-of-its-kind certificate QR code
A first-of-its-kind certificate QR code displays the full panorama of the factory around the clock, including the sample audit report, factory inspection photos, products, production equipment, warehouse, and other factory conditions, bringing customers closer to the factory and giving them more confidence.

III. Certification Process

1. Fill in the information

1.1 The factory submits an application form, filling in relevant product, raw material, and process information, and additionally supplements materials such as product labels, flow charts, and business license (completed within 2 working days);
1.2 We organize and translate the assessment materials (completed within 1 working day).
2. Audit data, issue contract
2.1. Submit the materials to the International Vegan Alliance for audit, registration, and filing (the organization usually completes the audit within 3 working days);
2.2. After the materials pass the audit, we issue a contract to the company, and the factory countersigns the contract and processes payment (completed in 2 working days).
2.3. After we receive the company's payment, we schedule the factory inspection time together with the factory, coordinating a time acceptable to both parties, usually at least 3 days later (2 working days to confirm the inspection time and the specific arrangements for the inspection day).
3. Sample testing, vegan training, video factory inspection
3.1. The company mails samples in duplicate for testing as required;
3.2. Before the inspection, we provide internal-auditor training for the company's vegan production system. The factory should prepare for the inspection strictly according to the vegan production system internal-auditor operating standard (IVA/VAS2022:49) within one day, and the full set of materials is sent by us to the company.
3.3. After confirming the inspection time, we assign a professional vegan certification auditor to conduct the inspection, which is expected to take about 1.5 hours.
4. Establish factory vegan system documents

5. Receive the certificate and complete certification documents, and issue the International Vegan Alliance (IVA) membership card
After the inspection, the auditor prepares and submits the inspection report (completed within 2 days). Based on the auditor's conclusion, if there are no problems the inspection passes, and we notify the factory (within 1 day). At the same time, we issue a draft certificate and send it to the factory for confirmation (including company name, address, product information, etc.; once confirmed correct, it is stamped and signed). After receiving the confirmed draft, we issue the formal certificate in about 2 working days, first providing an electronic scanned copy, then mailing the paper certificate and invoice.
